Fellowship with God~
Interesting enough if you ask me, how are we suppose to actually fellowship with God while washing the church van??? Err… I dunno about you but for me, fellowship with the people who washes the van, that is acceptable and easy to understand, but fellowship with God? Sounds really vague, no?

In fact, Bro Chee Lim suggested in his preaching on one Sunday that we wash the church van as a way to fellowship with God (if any of you still remember). As far as I can recall, the reaction from that statement is rather big I can say, people are laughing, making noise and all… Maybe washing the van is something new that we never pay much attention to before, or maybe we have been taking things for granted…hmm.. (shrugged)

The church van, if any of you would agree, has been pretty much of a part of our church now- in charge of sending us to Sunday Services, have dinner after care group, go Tronoh for Pasar Malam, send us off to Taman Maju when we need to catch a bus, when we go jalan jalan in Ipoh (Jusco/Ipoh Parade) and even as we move our stuff to and fro Ministry House right before the sem break. Is the van important? Yes, TOTALLY!
As passangers, we often just get up and down from the van, perhaps occasionally complaining about the heat in the van when it stays static a few minutes while waiting for the traffic light to turn green, but other than that, think more, do you ever pay much attention to this loyal servant that has been sending you to places of which you cannot simply reach by foot? On the other hand, those who constantly frustrates their life for the sake of the van and the usage of the van are the drivers from Transport Ministry like Kuo Chun (especially), Kok Hock, Teck Kiong, Hun Pin and occasionally, me- decide on who should drive the van, how to arrange the transport to Ipoh for everyone with the best plan to reduce the fuel consumption by considering the number of trips that needs to be taken and the welfare of the P&W team as well, how to pay for the fuel used by the van (mind you, petrol price is higher now, tsk tsk...) Hmmm, not that I am complaining or what… (haha…relax~) Just that, today washing the van with Jenny and Hun Pin made me realise there are actually a lot of things that we overlook in our lives as a Christian and we tend to take things for granted too… Overlook… includes forgetting that there are other Brothers and Sisters out there that need your prayers too, other churhes that longs for growth too, other friends and families out there that need the salvation and love of God as well… Took for granted…our church van maybe? The church’s air conditioner? ( when we just focus on the mosquitoes? There are churches out there that does not have projector and air-con also you know…) Teachings? The faithfulness of the working adults who are not tired of fetching us here and there and even spend time to make us sandwiches during study week? These are just the little things that we seldom give gratitude although we do need to…
We are blessed indeed, with so many things, family, friends, career and possessions, however let us not take things for granted and be ignorant. In fact, open our eyes and see what we can do every now and then. We are Universiti TEKNOLOGI Petronas’ students mar, if cannot create, then let us be innovative, if not, improving conditions for our church, ministry house and the van or at least help maintain it is good enough! Do continually serve, not get tired of it and serve with all your heart, with joy and ya, fellowship with the Lord always!
![Hugz~ [Who dares to hug the van??? Muahahaha...] Awww...our church\'s baby... gonna have a brother soon? XD](http://hopeipoh.files.wordpress.com/2008/06/dsc01535.jpg?w=300&h=225)
Ephesians 6:7 “Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men, because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good he does, whether he is slave or free.”
Galatians 6:9 “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
